Introduction: The parade formation of Tiao-Gu is a performance developed in Taiwan. The basic props are relatively complex, including flags, drums, umbrellas, gongs, etc. The common movements include running, jumping and twisting, focusing on the steps of the lower body, such as twisting steps, run jump steps and lean back steps. The common formations include the open four-door and twist formations. The instructor leads the dancers to demonstrate the combination movements and formation changes, before suggesting how to adjust the formation according to the venue.

簡介：跳鼓陣是臺灣民間發展出來的陣頭表演形式，基本道具較為複雜，包括旗、鼓、傘、鑼等，常見動作有跑、跳、扭，著重下半身的步伐，如扭擺步、跑跳步、仰腰步等，至於常見的隊形有開四門及麻花陣等，講師率領舞者示範組合動作及陣式變化，最後建議如何因應場地調整表演隊形。
