Instructor: Chen Chi-lan

Introduction: People light up lanterns for Lantern Festival celebrations; the lantern is a common theme of festival dances. The instructor first introduces the lanterns and storage methods, before teaching basic hand postures and steps of the lantern dance. Props are combined with hand gestures and steps into different movement combinations. After the instructor demonstrates the piece, she gives choreography recommendations to enrich the scene!
