Introduction: Hakka tea-picking culture developed in the mountains of Taiwan, and the Hakka lifestyle is transformed into body movements in dance. This episode introduces the props, costumes, basic tea-picking gestures, basic steps, the use of soft sieves and bamboo hats that often used in the tea-picking dance that can be combined with basic movements to create different combinations. The instructor does a demo at the end as well as giving advice for creating the scenario of a tea garden to enrich the dance.

簡介：臺灣山地孕育客家採茶文化，客家的日常生活特色轉化為舞蹈肢體語言，本集介紹採茶舞蹈經常使用的道具、服飾、基本採茶手姿、基本步伐、軟篩及斗笠的基本運用，將基本動作結合後，可變化出不同的動作組合，最後示範小品，並建議如何營造茶園情境，增加舞蹈的豐富性。
