Introduction: Water buffalos represent diligence and hard work in Taiwan’s traditional rural culture. We will create Taiwanese water buffalo dough figurines in this episode to represent the meaning that Taiwanese people’s diligence and progress will eventually bring good fortune. Students must be proficient in the basic techniques and various shapes, kneading dough of different colors to produce different textures, as well as creating waves and grass as the background for the diligent water buffalo!

簡介：牛在臺灣傳統農村文化中代表勤奮刻苦，本集以捏麵製作臺灣水牛，代表臺灣人勤勉向上終必帶來富饒之意；學員須練熟搓壓捏黏點之基礎技法及各種形狀的變化，搓揉不同顏色的麵料以產生不同紋路，並剪出水波、草皮等，呼應勤牛的動勢！
