引言 為鼓勵海外僑民學校校長及教師長期從事僑民教育，僑務委員會訂定「海外僑民學校教師獎勵要點」，每年據以辦理海外僑校教師獎勵活動。114年度共計858人獲獎，僑務委員會特別邀請獲獎教師提供教學心得分享，並刊登於「教師獎勵榮譽榜」，讓更多人了解海外僑校教師一路走來的心路歷程。
"To teach is to learn twice." —Joseph Joubert I grew up in a family where my mother and my aunts are teachers. They serve as an influence on my life and drive me to become what I am now—a teacher. It is my ambition to become a person who passes on his or her knowledge to the younger generation and helps to shape the future. When I first started my career in teaching, I had no idea that a teacher is a person who teaches and learns at the same time. In my ten years of teaching, I have gone through a lot of hardships and challenges. I have learnt a lot of things in these ten years, and I think I will learn more in the coming years. I would like to thank my parents, my siblings, my family, my God and everyone around me for helping and teaching me all these years.
