明州Minnetonka市在2026年9月25日首次舉辦第一次該市的中秋節晚會，明州臺灣華語文中心獲得該市的邀請與其他代表東亞文化的團體一起參與盛會，這是明州華語文中心第一次獲得市政府的邀請，大家都感到無比榮幸。
逾四百位居民攜家帶眷，全家一起參加在Minnetonka市的活動中心舉辦的活動，此次明州華語文中心由方主任沛文帶領多位老師跟助教、以及行政團隊，一起向與會的貴賓講解如何寫書法以及介紹漢字 ，讓他們可以感受到書法的魅力， 同時也幫超過百名的來賓用毛筆把他們的翻譯的姓名寫在書籤上，製作成精美的書卡，贈送給來賓作紀念，攤位人潮絡繹不絕 ，此次參展大獲好評! 除此之外，行政團隊向許多對華語文學習有興趣的來賓介紹明州華語文中心提供的課程、文化活動和獲得到台灣學華語的獎學金機會，希望他們之後有機會來華語文中心一起學習語言和文化 。
在會中還有韓國 、柬埔寨、越南以及菲律賓等當地團體共同擺攤及表演，還有提供月餅以及代表亞洲的食物，參與賓客都在享受美食之餘，更能了解東亞文化，並且跟參與的大眾一起過一個特殊難忘的中秋節，大家無不盡興而歸。
明州華語文中心由衷感謝Minnetonka市邀請，Minnetonka市是一個歡迎多語的文化城市 ，其公立學校K-12年級均有中文沈浸式課程。對明州華語文中心來說，這是一個十分難得的機會 ，因為這是我們第一次參與社區的活動，明州華語文中心向來對推廣華語文以及台灣文化不遺餘力，深耕在地與全球接軌，冀望與社區互動進而創造一個終身學習的環境， 因此這次與Minnetonka市的合作， 不啻是明州華語文中心的鼓勵，更是對明州華語文中心與市政府和社區互動的一個重要的里程碑。
On September 25, 2026, Minnetonka City held its first Mid-Autumn Festival. TCML-MN was invited to join the celebration with local groups representing Korean, Cambodian, Vietnamese, and Filipino cultures. This was the first time TCML-MN was invited to participate in a city event, and we were honored to be part of this special celebration.
More than 400 residents and families came to the Minnetonka Community Center to celebrate together. Led by Director Pei-Wen Fang, TCML-MN teachers, teaching assistants, and administrative staff welcomed visitors at the booth. They introduced calligraphy and shared the beauty of traditional characters with the community.
The TCML-MN booth stayed busy all evening. The team translated guests' names into Mandarin and hand-wrote them in calligraphy on bookmarks. More than 200 guests received a personalized bookmark as a meaningful cultural keepsake. Visitors also had a chance to try calligraphy themselves and experience the beauty of writing traditional characters with a brush.
The TCML-MN team introduced the Mandarin classes, cultural activities, and scholarship opportunities to study Mandarin in Taiwan. Many visitors were interested in learning Mandarin and Taiwanese culture, and we hope to welcome them to TCML-MN in the future.
The festival featured booths, performances, mooncakes, and food from across Asian cultures, making for an evening of music, food, and cultural exchange.
TCML-MN is grateful to Minnetonka City for inviting us to this special event. Minnetonka is a welcoming and multicultural community, and its public schools offer Mandarin immersion programs from K–12.
For TCML-MN, this event was an important opportunity to bring Mandarin and Taiwanese culture beyond the classroom and connect with the local community. As an organization committed to promoting Mandarin learning, sharing Taiwanese culture, and building a lifelong learning community, we look forward to more opportunities to connect with our community and the world.

行政人員蓓蓓與關老師、林老師一起為將近250的民眾翻譯中文名字，並以毛筆揮毫寫在書卡上，讓大家感受漢字之美，也帶回一份充滿文化意義的小禮物。TCML-MN staff member PeiPei, Kuan LaoShi, and Lin LaoShi translated participants’ names into Mandarin and wrote them in beautiful brush calligraphy on bookmarks, giving everyone a chance to experience the beauty of traditional characters and take home a meaningful cultural keepsake.

在會中還有韓國 、柬埔寨、越南以及菲律賓等當地團體共同擺攤及表演，將近400人共同觀賞K-Pop的舞蹈。Local organizations from Korea, Cambodia, Vietnam, and the Philippines also joined the event with cultural booths and performances. Nearly 400 people gathered to enjoy a K-pop dance performance.
